Mary Turner [née Palgrave] (1774-1850)
The second daughter of William Palgrave; a skilled etcher, in 1796 she became the first
wife and assistant of the antiquary and botanist Dawson Turner. She was the mother of the
scholar Dawson William Turner (1815-1885).
