“I have laid Mr. Pyne’s request before the Queen, and her Majesty has been graciously pleased to accept of the dedication, and to allow the drawings to be made of the royal apartments, as far as the same can be done with propriety under existing circumstances; and I have written to Mr. Pyne accordingly, and desired he would call upon me, in order to make the necessary arrangements with his artists.
