The wife or mistress of Col. George Colebrooke (1759-1809); after his death she entered into a bigamous relationship with Henry Butler (1793-1842) and John (or William) Taafe of Smarmore Castle, resulting in a lurid 1855 chancery case among the Butler heirs.
