George Burges. Cato to Lord Byron on the Immorality of his Writings.
There were three editions. WorldCat attributes this to a George Burges who had been Byron's classmate at Trinity College and who the year before had dedicated a poem to him. It is more likely the work of George Burges, vicar of Halvergate (1764-1853).
